A most special opal ring! this ring has a beautiful opal with pink semi transparent body color that  softly displays the entire rainbow, it appears a light greenish color in muted light situations. 18 very well matched old mine cut diamonds are expertly set in the setting with engraving on the sides of the shank and milgraining on the bezel that surrounds the opal this ring is really an amazing art piece to be worn on a finger!

Dimensions: Finger coverage on this ring is 19.4mm by 17.5mm, with a weight of 6 grams and a current size 8.

Marks/metal: Marked 14k yellow gold

Stones: 1 opal that measures  approx. 10.4 x8.2x5.7mm and calculated 2.76ct plus 18 old mine cut diamonds that measure 2.4x1.5mm on average and are 1CTW

Color/clarity:The diamonds are G-I and VS2-SI1on average with about 3 diamonds being a clarity of I1 due to minor chips seen under magnification only.

Condition: The shank shows signs of being sized up in the past, the opal has no crazing or chips/mayor scratches, conserves a lot of luster. Overall in very good condition. Opals are hard to photograph and/or make video of, but this ring is absolutely beautiful!
